Jay is a Solicitor at Solomons Legal, specialising in commercial and property law. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2019 after graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the University of Queensland.
Prior to admission, Jay worked as a paralegal for three years at a boutique law firm with a focus on property law. Before joining Solomons Legal, Jay also had an in-house role as a commercial and legal advisor at a major energy company within the LNG industry, advising on both commercial deals and major contracts.
Jay has a keen interest in guiding his clients to make good strategic decisions, with a good understanding of the commercial realities behind legal structures.
